Reset a forgotten password
Recovery codes must be generated while signed in. Email recovery is not available yet. If you have neither your password nor a saved code, contact pilot support; never send a password or recovery code. Account ownership must be verified.

Change password
Changes the password for this portal and the Finalverse viewer. You will be signed out of all web sessions. Existing recovery codes will be invalidated.
Recovery codes
Generate six private codes and keep them in a password manager. A code lets you reset a forgotten password. A reset invalidates the entire set; generate new codes after signing back in.
